Free returns and refunds
At Waha Beirut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and refunds within 3 days of the original purchase date.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label if necessary.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different brand, color, or style, please contact our customer support team. They will assist you in processing the exchange and provide further instructions.
Exceptions
Please note that certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.
